This is to expose people to the reality and variety of the human body, leading us to the lesson that we should strive to love our bodies for what they are, and understand there are MANY healthy body types that are beautiful that don't necessarily conform to the standards we might see in magazines or on television.

Hey everyone 32, NB, 5'11, 200lbs. Been on a heath journey since summer 2023. Made a lot of progress. At one point I was 270lbs. Since then I've become more active, changed my diet, even got into nudism. Anyway, just wanted to say hi 🙂
